Daisy

I’m Daisy, a passionate yoga practitioner and instructor with years of experience! Yoga has brought not only strength to my body but also peace and growth to my inner self. My journey led me to study deeply with internationally renowned teachers, where I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher certification (RYT 200), a 100-hour Art of Assistance training, a 50-hour Liquid Flow course, and a 50-hour Super Sequence program. These experiences have given me a holistic understanding of yoga and its transformative power.

For me, every class is an exciting new experience. I love guiding students creatively, blending fluidity and challenge to help them find proper alignment, connect with their breath, and build a deeper relationship with their body. My teaching style is gentle and detailed, focusing on building a solid foundation while creating a supportive space for healing and growth.

Teaching yoga is a two-way journey for me—a collaboration with my students to share my passion and practice. It brings me immense joy to inspire others to start exploring yoga or to deepen their existing practice. Yoga has brought beauty and peace into my life, and I look forward to continuing this journey with you!

Tingting

Tingting began her yoga practice during the COVID period, joining a mother's group led by Daisy. She quickly realized how yoga brought peace and increased awareness to her body and mind. Inspired by these benefits, Tingting became passionate about sharing the knowledge of health and fitness with others.

In 2022, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Body Mind Life. She furthered her skills by taking several advanced courses, including a 50-hour course in Yoga Teaching with InYoga, covering topics such as Art of Sequencing, Alignment, Anatomy, and Assisting.

In 2023, Tingting completed a Kids Yoga course, and in 2024, she further expanded her knowledge by undertaking a Pre/Post Natal Yoga course. These additional qualifications allow her to offer a broader range of benefits, helping even more people around her through yoga.

Fifi

I began my yoga practice few years ago in order to get more mobile or flexible. But when I got injured, yoga for me is not a tools to get flexibility, but rather a space where I can be myself.

That’s when I started my teacher training in 2021 with BodyMindLife under Noelle Connolly. I was focus on myself and my practice till one day my dear friends help me to teach in front of the class. That time I felt whole, I was surrounded by the most amazing people that shaped me to the person I am today. Nowadays I focus on being present and help create a space where everyone be able to be themselves and be able to take their practices to the whole new level.

Will

Will first came to yoga after his chiropractor suggested he give it a try to help his injured back. Initially, Will wasn’t too sure, as he thought it was something only women did. But after his first class, Will was hooked, and his passion for yoga continues to grow daily.

Will has gone on to complete numerous trainings, including:200hrs YTT with InYoga and a further 150hrs with Body Mind Life, including international teachers Maty Ezraty and Noelle Connolly(Rare Studio), whom Will continues to be inspired by and trains with weekly.

Will’s classes are slow and strong, with a firm emphasis on breath and alignment.
